Khalim Imam will continue to work till final decision: Federal Sindh Government responds

The federal government has told the Sindh government that the application for the new IG is under consideration, but currently the cleric Imam will remain the Inspector General of Police Sindh.
According to Express News, the federal government has responded to a letter sent by the Sindh government to the new IG Sindh. The Establishment Division has been responding that Sindh was considering the request of the government but till the decision is made, Kaleem Imam will remain the IG Sindh as Additional IG has been appointed till the final decision in this regard. On the other hand, the Sindh government has started preparing a response letter to the federal government and in this regard, Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has started consultations with the cabinet members, senior officers and party leaders.
